Problem : Can’t send but can receive email with Netscape 7.

Solution:
1. Click on Edit (on the top of the screen)
2. Click on Mail & News Group Account Settings
3. Click on Outgoing Server on the left
4. Put a checkmark next to “Use name and password”
5. For User Name, type in your e-mail address
6. Make sure you have the correct Server Name, otherwise it won’t work even if you have it entered correctly elsewhere.
