not able to connect to my Brainstorm account

Things to Check First:
• Make sure you have entered your full username when prompted for your Brainstorm username and password. (e.g. enter "john@gobrainstorm.net", “john@frontier.net“, etc., not simply "john".)
• Double check everything for careless spelling mistakes
• Make sure you aren’t using Caps Lock when entering your username or password.
Solution 1:
If you were recently connected to Brainstorm, you may not have been properly logged off. Wait 10-14 minutes and try again, or call us and we will help you log off manually.
