POSITION: SENIOR SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Brainstorm Internet is growing! We have an opportunity on our team for a bright, motivated team player as a Senior Network Administrator. We are looking for 3-5 years in Sys Admin and extensive hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, TCP/IP communications, as well as experience with DNS, email, web hosting environments and Cisco experience.  CCNA, CCNP and Network Security certifications are a plus. Must have strong project management skills, enjoy leading edge technologies, and a fast paced environment.

POSITION: SALES CALL QUEUE LEAD

This position description is intended to describe the general duties and type of work performed for the position listed. It is not intended to be construed as a complete list of responsibilities, duties and skills.

Responsible for the development and coordination of sales, and sales queue management processes. Individual must be skilled at handling call flows. Position requires relationship building skills, customer service skills, sales skills in handling sales calls—both in-bound and out-bound. Overall responsibility for initiating and supporting new sales, customer retention and customer relationship building. Must be able to work varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.

WAGE GRADE: Hourly base wage (to be determined depending on experience) plus commissions. Benefits include health insurance, sick and vacation time, a high-speed broadband connection and VoIP services.

For all positions: Standard minimum requirements for all Brainstorm Internet employees are as follows:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Four Year College Degree Preferred.

Experience: At least two years related experience required.

Skills: Language: Ability to read, write and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or group situations to customers, partners, affiliates and other employees.

Mathematical: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to count, use a calculator, spreadsheet and accounting and back office software such as PLAT and Quickbooks.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply commonsense, good judgment, discretion, confidentiality, understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: Must have good command and understanding of computers and standard software: word processing, spreadsheet, accounting, back office, email etc.

Phone Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and use the phone effectively to accomplish goals for both inbound and outbound calls.

Physical: Requires smiling, standing, walking, bending, reaching, sitting, grasping, repetitive motions, and ability to lift up to twenty-five pounds. Ability to see clearly at close range or far distance with or without corrective lenses.
