Spam Blockers

Although Brainstorm has spam blocking available on all of our email accounts we recognize that some customers may want to use more sophisticated tools.  Outlook 2003, OSX Mail, and Eudora 7 (paid version) have junk mail filtering built in. We recommend you use those if you have them.

You may also be interested to try Spamfighter, which is available as either a free or paid version. Spamfigher is a very effective program which is designed to work with Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook, or Windows Mail.

Popup Blockers

Spyware Removers

These popular freeware programs detect and removes known aggressive advertising, tracking, and other "spyware" components from your system, as well as "webjackers" which hijack your home page or create annoying toolbars.

Windows Defender features Real-Time Protection, a monitoring system that recommends actions against spyware when it's detected.
